Alexia is the Group Head of Legal and Compliance for RCG, responsible for the legal and compliance support of the company.

Previously, Alexia was a senior associate of a top tier Greek law firm, with more than 12 years’ experience in corporate, commercial and M&A practice.

Alexia is a holder of an LLB from the law department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and of an LLM from University College London. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2011.

At RCG, Asimakis is the Chief Commercial Officer.

Asimakis has led KAICAN’s Real Estate Portfolio Management Department. He has more than 17 years of experience in project and portfolio management, investment banking, real estate transactions, and management consulting, latterly with a focus on the Greek real estate markets.

Prior to joining KAICAN, Asimakis worked as a Senior Investment Manager in Alpha Bank’s Investment Banking Division for REO assets, where he led assets and portfolio transactions in Southeast Europe. His previous experience also includes PwC, as a Manager, the Hellenic Asset Development Fund, as well as the National Bank of Greece and Kantor Management Consultants.

Asimakis holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University (Warwick Manufacturing Group) and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a certified project manager (PMP©) and member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

Bill leads the RCG team as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and is also Chaiman of the Board of Directors. In addition to his overall leadership responsibility, Bill is primarily responsible for the business development and execution activities of RCG.

He is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resolute, and has over 25 years of experience in real estate workout and banking.

Bill was formerly Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at JER Europe, a leading Pan-European real estate private equity fund manager. Prior to joining JER, Bill spent 11 years with Credit Suisse in Switzerland, Italy and the UK. He commenced his career in 1988 in Australia with the State Bank of South Australia Group.

He holds an Economics Degree from Adelaide University and a Master of Business Administration from Bocconi University in Italy.

At Resolute Kaican Greece Christoforos is responsible for coordination of the Auction Hub.

Christoforos has more than 15 years of experience in the Auctions process and Real Estate advisory and development and has led KAICAN’s Auction Hub.

His previous experience includes BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Real Estate Consultant (Advisory & Promotion) and time spent within Piraeus Bank Group; where he specialized in auctions, responsible for a wide range of tasks pre-auction & post-auction etc, property onboarding, assets commercialization and liquidation.

Christoforos holds a Bachelor in Business Administration & Management from University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki.

George acts as a Senior Adviser to RCG. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resolute Group Greece. He has over 20 years’ experience in banking as well as in regional development, real estate and tourism.

Previously George served as Executive General Manager, Group Chief Real Estate of Piraeus Bank Group. During his tenure at Piraeus Bank Group he was also the CEO of Piraeus Real Estate as well as of PICAR, Chairman of the BoD of Piraeus Leasing and Piraeus Leases; as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank; he also participated in the Senior Credit and Recovery Credit Committee and other real estate related Investment committees.

Before joining the Piraeus Bank Group, George served as an Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Greece. Previously he worked for the European Central Bank.

He is a RICS Fellow (FRICS) and holds a Vordiplom in Economics and Management Sciences and a Diploma (MS) in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, from Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen in Germany.

Jennifer is the General Manager & Head of Commercialization of REGenerate, a subsidiary company of Resolute Cepal Greece Group. She has over 15 years of experience in Real estate.

Over the past 5 years her focus has been on re-positioning and monetisation of distressed real estate. She has worked in REO management, feasibility and viability studies and underwriting of large portfolios for sell and buy side.

She has managed the Commercial Portfolio of the largest REO unit of a Local bank and has also managed REO portfolios for Institutional Investors in Cyprus.

Most notably, until recently she was the Head of Real Estate for the Themis Real Estate platform setup by PIMCO for the Helix2 NPL sale from Bank of Cyprus.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Kingston University (BSc (Hons) in Urban Real Estate Management), a postgraduate certificate from the University of Leicester (Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration), is a member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Konstantinos is the CEO of Resolute Cepal Greece and REGenerate.

Konstantinos has served as General Director of KAICAN and CEO of all REOCO SPVs (Galaxy II, Galaxy IV, Orion X and Cosmos). With over 20 years of professional experience, Konstantinos has in-depth real estate knowledge, in particular Greece, including portfolio underwriting, REO management & monetization.

Previously Konstantinos was a Director at Resolute Asset Management; before that he worked as an investment manager at Zeus Capital Management Private Equity responsible for investments in CEE and SEE. Prior to Zeus he was at PIMCO and BNP Paribas Real Estate, having begun his career at J&P Development.

He holds a MSc in Corporate Real Estate Finance & Strategy from CASS Business School and BSc in Business Administration from University of Piraeus, is a Certified Surveyor from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and lectured Property Development and Project Management at the Athens University of Economics an Business from 2007 to 2014.

At RCG, in his role as Group Head of Data Analytics, Lefteris focuses on the company’s data strategy, products and services.

He has extensive experience in providing data consultancy and strategic planning services, as well as tailored and high-quality support to a wide variety of project stakeholders. Formerly Lefteris was a Director at Alpha Bank in Greece, where he was Head of Data and Analytics in charge of all real estate data-related projects at Alpha Astika Akinita.

Lefteris is a qualified RIBA architect in the UK and a registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece as licensed engineer. He holds two postgraduates degrees from the University of College London in urban data science and smart cities.

Loukas is the CEO of Resolute Cepal Capital, the newly established subsidiary of Resolute Cepal Greece Group. He has extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, specializing in advisory services for financial institutions and private equity funds, particularly in the management of distressed real estate portfolios (NPLs/REOs).

He possesses in-depth expertise in the effective management of non-performing loans secured by real estate (NPLs) and real estate-owned assets (REOs), the structuring of tailored financial solutions for distressed loan resolution, and the valuation of NPL and REO portfolios for transactions.

During his ten-year professional career in London, he participated in projects across the United Arab Emirates, Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Serbia, and Lebanon, among other markets.

Before assuming the role of CEO at Resolute Cepal Capital, Mr. Zimianitis led the Strategy & Business Development team as well as the Advisory team at Resolute Cepal Greece.

He holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) from the University of Piraeus and a Master's degree with distinction (MSc) from Queen Mary University of London. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Manos leads the Commercialisation team at RCG. He has more than 15 years of working experience in the real estate market, collaborating with banks, multinational companies and key local players in Greece.

Manos’ experience covers the full spectrum of the real estate sector, with a particular focus on the valuation and disposal of all types of real estate properties.

Prior to joining RCG, Manos spent time at the strategic and commercialisation subdivision of National Bank of Greece, as a senior valuer at Solum Property Solutions, as a consultant at CBRE and GVA kantor and at the commercialisation department at Karouzos Development.

He holds a MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a bachelor degree in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University. He is a member of RICS since 2008 and a Certified Valuer (REV - Tegova).

Nicholas acts as Head of Business Development – Public Sector and Banks. He is also Partner of Resolute Group with regional responsibility for Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and the Middle East in developing and implementing Resolute’s expansion strategy in order to consolidate market leadership across the region.

Previously, Nicholas was at Deutsche Bank where he was a Managing Director, Chief Country Officer for Greece and a senior corporate finance and capital markets professional. In his extensive career Nicholas also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and J. Henry Schroder Wagg.

At RCG Nikolas is responsible for the Underwriting and Valuations department.

Nikolas previously led KAICAN’s Valuation and Underwriting Department.

Previously Nikolas worked at Alpha Astika Akinita as Head of Economic Studies and Market Research Section, and prior to that he was a Senior Consultant at American Appraisal Hellas.

Nikolas holds a MSc in Engineering Project Management from Hellenic Open University and Meng in Civil Engineering from University of Patras. He is a Certified Valuer (REV – Tegova) and candidate member of RICS.

Panagiotis is the General Manager of REGenerate, a subsidiary of Resolute Cepal Greece Group.

Panagiotis has over 24 years’ extensive and diversified experience in various aspects of real estate, including property valuations, development, fund management, property and portfolio optimisation and real estate advisory, in the Greek real estate market.

Since 2018, Panagiotis has been actively involved in REO Management, first with AREMI (Alpha Bank Group) as Director of REO Asset Management and Commercialisation and most recently as Head of REO Asset Management in Kaican (Cepal group).

He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2009, where he also served as a member of RICS Advisory board in Greece.

He holds a post-graduate diploma in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, as well as an MBA from Nyenrode University (the Netherlands Business School).
