Integrated Quality and Information Security Policy

At Resolute Cepal Greece we are committed to delivering high-quality services while safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information entrusted to us by our clients, partners, and stakeholders. Through the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards, we ensure that our business operations meet international best practices in both quality management and information security.

We recognize that the effective management of quality and information security is critical to maintaining operational resilience, regulatory compliance, customer trust, and business continuity. To this end, we are committed to the following principles:

• To continuously improve the quality of our services, in line with our clients’ needs, legal and regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• To identify, assess, and treat risks related to the security of information and the performance of our processes, ensuring effective control measures are implemented and regularly reviewed.
• To ensure that all employees, partners, and contractors are aware of their responsibilities with regard to information security and quality, and are adequately trained and supported in applying related procedures.
• To establish measurable objectives and indicators that support ongoing improvement of our systems, aligned with our strategic goals.
• To protect all business-critical and personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction, whether digital or physical.
• To maintain documented policies, procedures, and controls that reflect our commitment to compliance, transparency, and accountability.

This policy applies to business activities of Resolute Cepal Greece and is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness. The implementation of the Integrated Management System is the responsibility of all staff, under the direction and oversight of the company’s top management.

This document is valid only if it is signed by the CEO & Managing Director of Resolute Cepal Greece.
